The Gaylord Rockies is the Global Congress headquarters and will host all education sessions and events unless otherwise indicated. Information about how to make a hotel reservation in the AAGL block will be available in your registration confirmation email. 

The official cutoff date is November 1st or until the rooms in the block are sold out, whichever occurs first. Reservations made after the blocks are filled and/or after the deadline will be available at the hotel’s prevailing rate and availability is not guaranteed. Don’t delay in registering and making your room reservation! 

AAGL22 Discounted Rate: $259/single/double plus tax and $2 lodging fee.

Hotel Cancellation

Please refer to your housing confirmation for the hotel’s cancellation policy that you receive when you secure your hotel reservation.   Cancellations must be made directly with the hotel within 72 hours in advance of your arrival to avoid penalties.

All room, resort fees, and tax will be paid on your own. You will receive a hotel confirmation directly from the hotel, any changes or modifications to your room should be used make any changes.

A resort fee is inclusive of the $259 rate, but not taxes nor a $2 lodging fee.  Please note: One-night room and tax will be required to secure your reservation.  You will need to present a credit card at check-in. To avoid a one-night charge on your credit card, hotel cancelations must be made more than 72 hours prior to your arrival date.  Please follow the cancellation instructions and policy in your hotel confirmation letter from the Gaylord Resort.

Support the AAGL Global Congress Hotel

You will be in the center of conference activity and be able to network easily with other conference attendees giving you a better overall experience.  AAGL staff take their role of finding hotels seriously. We have looked at several locations and evaluated the needs of our attendees. Based on a guaranteed percentage of attendees staying in official conference hotels, the hotels provide discounted rates from their normal charges.  Please support the Congress and AAGL and book your hotel room at the official hotels.  Once you are registered for the meeting you will be provided with the hotel link to book a room in the official block at the discounted rates.

Beware of Room Block Poachers

AAGL is not working with outside entities to make hotel room reservations for the Global Congress.  The Gaylord will not be calling you to help you make a reservation – any solicitation like that is a scam. Follow the Gaylord Rockies link that we provide in your confirmation letter to take advantage of the special discounted rate. Reservations should be made only by using the online link which will be provided.   Solicitations by outside organizations to book hotel rooms could imperil your personal information and result in problems with your reservation. If you receive communications from anyone other than AAGL Staff or the hotel related to your reservation, please contact AAGL immediately via email at meetings@aagl.org or by phone (800) 554-2245.
