The Gaylord Rockies is headquarters to this year’s Global Congress and will host all education sessions and events unless otherwise indicated. Information about how to make a hotel reservation in the AAGL block will be available in your registration confirmation email.
AAGL’s discounted rates of $257 per night plus tax (below) and AAGL’s official room block applies to Wednesday, 11/30 to Sunday, 12/4. Dates before or after these dates, will be at the hotel’s prevailing rates and availability. The cut-off date for the AAGL block is November 1st or until the rooms in the block are sold out, whichever occurs first. Reservations made after this date will be available at the hotel’s prevailing rate and availability is not guaranteed.
AAGL22 Discounted Rate: $257/single/double plus the following:
- $25.00 resort fee (included in rate above)
- 12.75% (includes the Aurora Lodging tax (8%), Colorado State tax (2.9%), Adams County tax (0.75%), Cultural District tax (0.10%), RTD Commuter Rail tax (1.0%)
- $2.00 Destination Marketing Fee per room night. This fee subject to applicable taxes.
- 2.5% of the room rate per room night (Public Improvements Fee or “PIF”) The PIF funds public and private infrastructure and facilities improvements and amenities benefiting the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center. The PIF is not a government tax; it is a privately imposed fee and is subject to applicable state and local taxes.
A unique, non-transferrable link will be provided to each registrant to book your hotel room. You must be registered for the Congress to obtain the housing link. Please note: AAGL reserves the right to modify hotel reservations for those attendees not officially registered for the Congress at official AAGL hotels.
