Ensuring Your Safety

AAGL considers safety of all those onsite at the AAGL Global Congress a top priority and is committed to hosting a safe event for all participants.  The COVID-19 situation in the United States is fluid, and we continue to monitor developments that may impact attendees at this year’s Global Congress. We are planning a robust in person and virtual meeting this year, and AAGL will continue to actively monitor updates from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization to ensure we are meeting in a safe environment.

AAGL will issue any updates if required regarding health, safety and travel protocols.  We recommend attendees wear masks while traveling to and from the event.  Masks will also be available on-site if it’s your preference to wear one in Nashville.  If you are not feeling well, we ask you join us online for the meeting.

AAGL reserves the right to update guidelines as necessary.
