Ensuring Your Safety

AAGL considers safety of all those onsite at the AAGL Global Congress a top priority and is committed to hosting a safe event for all participants.  The COVID-19 situation in the United States is fluid, and we continue to monitor developments that may impact attendees at this year’s Global Congress. We will continue to update the safety precautions outlined below as appropriate to minimize risks to conference attendees and staff. In order to stay current, check this page periodically as we get closer to the meeting.

We highly recommend that attendees wear masks while traveling to and from the event and follow COVID-safe practices in the weeks leading up to the event. Masks will be available on-site if you need one, and if it’s your preference to wear one. If you’ve engaged in activities or behaviors that put you at high risk for COVID-19, please join us for the online for this year’s meeting.

AAGL reserves the right to update guidelines as necessary.

Onsite Health & Safety Guidelines and FAQ

Update:  October 11, 2022

Masks are not currently required, however, we are supportive of any attendee who wishes to wear a mask while in attendance, and will have disposable masks onsite for their convenience.

The AAGL Global Congress COVID-19 policy will follow the requirements set forth by the venue and city in which the meeting is located in Aurora, Colorado at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. Currently these entities do not have any vaccination or mask mandates, but this is subject to change at any time. If it does change, AAGL reserves the right to require attendees to show proof that their COVID-19 vaccinations are up to date and/or to wear protective masks.
