Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received on or before November 1st. You will be refunded less a $125 administrative fee. No refunds can be granted after this date. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be granted for no-shows, however, you will have access to all the on-demand content until January 31, 2023.
Note: Cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation, please refer to the hotel cancellation policy in your hotel confirmation email and contact the hotel directly.
- Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date may result in a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate and tax.
- AAGL is not responsible for failure to check-in on your scheduled day of arrival and cannot guarantee availability onsite.
