Attendee Participation Policies

By registering for the AAGL 2022 Global Congress you acknowledge that you have read the policies and disclaimers described here and that you will comply with these AAGL’s Congress Attendee Policies.  Please click here to review the policies.

Guest Policy

A name badge is required for guests attending the AAGL Global Congress and worn at all times.  A $95 fee applies and includes entry to:

  • Opening General Session – December 1, 2022.
  • Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall – December 1, 2022.
  • Entrance to the Exhibit Hall December 2-3, 2022.
  • Foundation Karaoke Event, December 2, 2022.
  • After Hours Lounge, December 1-2, 2022.

Separate ticket fees apply for exhibit lunches, the Presidents Gala and optional social tours and must be a registered attendee or guest to participate. Please include your guest’s name during the registration process.  Additional tickets may be purchased at the onsite registration desk but not guaranteed if event is sold out in advance.  Giveaways in the exhibit hall are only open to registered physicians.

Childcare Policy

#AAGL22 Child Care Policy:  To provide a safe and educational atmosphere during the AAGL Global Congress, children and infants are not allowed in educational sessions, the exhibit hall, or special events. If you plan to bring a child younger than the age of 18, please plan for care in advance.  For care during the Congress, please use Care.com: https://www.care.com/app/enrollment/seeker/cc and follow the prompts. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received on or before November 1st. You will be refunded less a $125 administrative fee. No refunds can be granted after this date.  Unfortunately, refunds cannot be granted for no-shows, however, you will have access to all the on-demand content until January 31, 2023.

Note: Cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation, please refer to the hotel cancellation policy in your hotel confirmation email and contact the hotel directly.

  • Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date may result in a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate and tax.
  • AAGL is not responsible for failure to check-in on your scheduled day of arrival and cannot guarantee availability onsite.

Visa Letter Request

To request a Visa letter, you must be registered for #AAGL22. Email your request to Gerardo Galindo at ggalindo@aagl.org for more info. If you are unable to obtain your Visa to travel to the meeting, you will be issued a full refund.

Mother's Lounge

For nursing mothers, we are pleased to provide a Mother’s Lounge which will be located at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center.
